How do I start?

The simplest and fastest way is to submit an inquiry. A patient relationship manager is assigned to you who will prepare your case, share with multiple doctors and hospitals and get back to you with a treatment plan, cost of treatment and other useful information.

Any estimate on the cost?

Once you have provided your present condition including medical history and reports, the information will be reviewed and examined by the specialists at Canadian Specialist Hospital Dubai, accordingly will get back to you with a total estimate of your treatment.

Do the doctors & medical staff speak English?

Our partner hospital – Canadian Specialist Hospital have fluent English speaking staff. We have interpreters to serve patients speaking Igbo, Hausa, Yoruba, Arabic.

I have a “special requirement” Following consultation with us, we will accommodate all special requirements where feasible. Please do tell us of such requirements so that we can make appropriate arrangements for you.

Is the stay after surgery in a hospital or a hotel?

The stay of each patient depends on the procedure, the stay is in the hospital. Before surgery each patient must complete analytics and after surgery they must have constant medical supervision.

Is the plane ticket included in the shared cost?

Yes. For all our international procedures, an estimate is provided during your pre-planning session with your Elevate3MED Concierge representative.

Who organises all my travel including flights, hotels, ground transfers, hospital visits and site seeing?
